Roland JD-800 (or shall I say, JP-800?)

I wanted to release these files for years already, just thought I'd add full support for jd800
in my tools so that I could package roms with proper massive sets of waves with loop points and multisample
assignment locations etc. But since it seems that every year I do have more and more other things
and less and less time for this, I decided to just supplement the waveroms with a single decompressed
wave with all contents of the waveroms - for your sampling delight.

By the way, there are dimwits on the web claiming that while other rolands do use compression, JD-800 is
so special that is does not, and they can hear it in its sound, stupidly comparing compression artifacts to mp3 and such.

JD-800 is internally a completely standard, typical roland synth, just with unusually designed control panel
and a fair bit more powerful effects processing. Compression it uses is the same one as all GM/GS thingies, SRJV, SRX
and just about everything roland ever made before Zen-Core (uncompressed 16bit) and after U-series (which I called LDPCM).

Decompression tools for FCE-DPCM I made way back in my late dos 6.22 days, end of 90s, looking forward to add custom samples
(that I did use in the magnificent Impulse Tracker :) ) to XP-10 and JV-1080 (since I had no sampler at that time).
Never got to adding those samples though, since actual samplers came about and I was happy, and waverom infrastructure is
actually very restrictive and requires a lot of effort and tailoring to put together.

And as you might have already noticed in the pictures, waverom3 was apparently an afterthought.
Most likely just after completing the synth, when patches were being created, it got obvious that its waverom is
not enough for a finished product, so an additional waverom3 was placed on the card pcb.

As for the JP-800 name - well it was supposed to be named this way, and it still is in the waveroms!
I guess "D" probably came later as an idea after stylizing "P".

Have fun!
